After receiving my MA in Art Therapy and Transpersonal Psychotherapy from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado, I returned to my home in Las Vegas to offer my specialized expertise to assist in the healing process to anyone who may be experiencing and suffering from a vast spectrum of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, loss, trauma, PTSD, addiction, behavior modification, military issues, and life transitions. 

My approach with each and every client is based in the practices of loving-kindness, compassion, and mindfulness.  I do not believe in labeling my clients nor do I hold one truth to be right or wrong.  As individuals, what may be “right” for you may not be “right” for another.  The therapeutic work I encourage and support you in, as a client, is through exploring your own belief system and expediting your self-awareness and personal spiritual growth.

With every client, I believe strongly in applying a holistic perspective and incorporate breathing and meditation practices in our work together.  The holistic approach addresses your whole person not just the bits and pieces of you.  Your mind, body, and spirit all work together and are interconnected. If any one area of your life is off balance, more than likely, other areas can be off balance as well.  Art therapy, Transpersonal psychology counseling, and meditation practices aim at balancing all areas of your life.

I also believe that expanding and honing my competencies in the mental health field is a priority and I take advantage of professional workshops and classes across the country. We all understand that knowledge is power. The more knowledge I have, the more powerful my clients! In addition to my passion for Art Therapy and Transpersonal Psychology, I also have special interests in neuropsychology, attachment theory, Addiction issues, Jungian theory, and the treatment of trauma, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), and grief and loss.
